How to Install WordPress

There are really 2 ways to install WordPress these days, either manually or via a script installer like Fantastic. I prefer to have control over my WordPress installations so I will start by showing you how to do it manually. Both of the steps below assume that you’ve already setup your domain name and hosting account.
